Carter part number 213-8518. Fits CARTER 1-BBL carburetors. Replaces the following part numbers: OEM Ford E3PZ-9S552-J. A combination of an electric solenoid and a vacuum operated slow closer on a common shaft, that mounts on a carburetor and controls the idle position of the throttle valves.
