Holley vacuum secondary 4-barrel carburetor carb base plate. Base has casting number 12r-3876B. Throttle bores measure 1-9/16". Linkage moves free. Base is dirty and shows some patina from use and sitting. See pics for condition.Can not be returned if installed, ran or has been taken apart.
