Rebuilt Carter Thermoquad 9128S for 77 to 79 International Scout II with 345. It was recently rebuilt by a local carb rebuilder with many years experience with IH scout thermoquads. All the external settings are all in IH specs as per the shop manual and both pull offs work and hold vaccum.
