Here is a Marvel Carb for a Model A or B. These were sold under a few different names including Allstate and Johnson. Thus one is missing the GAV. The throttle and choke both move. The threads for the mounting bolts on the main carb are stripped. There is another upper included that has good threads. I have not disassembled it but I can hear the float moving inside. The pictures show the condition...
