You send me your old 1975-1979 GL1000 carburetor caps and slides (4 ea) and I will basically refurbish them. I polish the caps and slides to make them absolutely beautiful and they will work like new too. I install new high quality acetal plastic buttons to finish the process. In addition, I install four nylon washers around the slide shaft to protect your slides from metal-to-metal contact. The buttons were carefully designed to replace the originals.
