Used Holley 80457S carb. Not sure if it is actually bad. Replaced it with identical one and still had the problem. Think it was a distributor or timing issue. Any way. To be safe on Ebay, I will say it needs to be rebuilt. There is one piece missing, It goes under the choke. (look at picture) Think it is the fast idle lever. It had some type of electronic conversion on it for the transmission....
