Choke plunger assembly. Removed from a set of Keihin CR Special 29mm (CR29) carbs as shown in the last three pics (I included for your refence only). I believe this setup was designed for the Kawasaki KZ900/KZ1000 and Suzuki GS750/GS1000 models. Please compare pics of whole carbs to be sure its the right one for yours.
