This is a OEM GM Rochester Quadrajet 4 barrel carburetor. This carb just came out of the estate of a long time hot rodder and has likely been in cool, dry storage for longer than it was ever on an engine. The part number is 7036201 which is stamped into the original aluminum tag that is pressed into the side of the carb. The 7036201 carb was used on the 1966 Chevrolet fullsize car(Impala) and Chevelle/El Camino with the 396/325HP engine backed by a manual transmission with CA SMOG equipment. Thi...
