It has been on the shelf for years. It is dirty so it will definitely need a rebuild. The throttle butterflies and pistons are stuck. Missing a few screws. What you see is what you will receive, no more, no less.. You are buying this carb untested, as is, no returns. Please make sure it's what you need....
