I bought some 1971-3 Riviera parts from a guy and this was among the stuff. He said it was off a running car and he put a rebuild kit on it then his son spray painted it thus the silver finish. It was a 1973 455 engine and is carb number 7043240. Search show it fits:Buick 455 GS, GSX, Electra, Rivera 1973 800 cfm 455 7043420. Everything moves freely and linkages toggle fine.
