Vintage Weber 40 DCOE18 carburetor appears to be a factory OEM part. Most likely for a Mercedes 190SL 1955-63 (based on research) though there are similar ones listed for the BMW, Lotus and Alfa Romeo etc. It may fit various vehicles / models / years you must research first. It appears to be an original part and most likely complete. You can hear the float move freely when turned upside down. The levers move and spring back in place.
