Vintage Zenith 1-barrel carburetor, stamp number 12965. We are not familiar with all makes and models this fits, please verify part number and pictures match your application. Mounting bolt holes center to center is 2-1/4" and throttle bore is 1". Carb core appears to be mostly complete. Throttle linkage moves free, choke linkage is froze tight from sitting.
