A 2016 Buick Cascada PREMIUM convertible in red exterior color with only 9220 miles. It has a 1.6L Gas I4 engine, automatic transmission, FWD drive type, and seats four individuals. The vehicle title is listed as "Rebuilt, Rebuildable & Reconstructed." The convertible top does not work. I have replaced the switch as well as the hydraulic pump. It may be something simple to fix. I was able to get the top to move by hooking it to a battery directly. It may be a switch or something simple....
