3 year warranty! This is a replacement Latch not OEM. Part is made of durable Chrome plated plastic, not brittle like OEM. This includes a custom manufactured spring. This Latch is for Ford F-150 with the Center Console that you can flip up to convert to a center seat, jump seat. Buyer assumes all risk for using part.
