Seller notes

Item appears to be new open box. Has a date on the manual of 2013 but looks unused. Plugged in to make sure it turned on and it did. No other testing done. Looking at the manual it appears this model didn't come with conventional battery clips so none are included. Believed to be complete. What is pictured is what you will get.
