Opened Box, has not been used but was opened. This unit has a 3 prong NEMA 6-20 plug. it was a customer return where they needed a four prong plug. Box shows shipping/handling wear. Charging cord is in top shape and guaranteed to not be DOA. NEMA 6-20 does not plug into regular household outlets you need a NEMA 6-20 outlet or adapter. This cord will run on 110v or 220v.
