Walker universal exhaust pipe hanger. Hanger is 9" and is made from mild steel with reinforced rubber to reduce vibration. Hanger sits under a standard exhaust clamp, and then you can run a bolt from a frame or brace through any of the 7 holes. The strap can also be bent or cut down. Hanger can be swiveled.
