Box was sealed and opened in our store for quality control. The activation code was also sealed and opened by us to activate the tool, but when using the App Init program to activate scanner, there is an error that says "no data requested, please reenter serial number". We requested support from the manufacturer and they indicated "the device has been banned on the backend". Since this device cannot be activated we are selling it for PARTS AND OR REPAIR ONLY.
