Ok here is the story on the bike this came out of. Owner did a top end. a bottom end and a new clutch, clutch hub, plates, bearing etc. Upon assembly he put a long bolt where a short bolt goes and ruined the clutch side center case (see pic included). If you're familiar with these bikes you know this is the thin part that sticks up where the kick starter shaft goes.
