You are getting the engine in the pictures.It is from a 1993 venture xl.It will come as a short block no carbs or pipe or clutches.Pictures of sled are just to show sled and condition of the snowmowbile it came out of.It has 2972 miles and 125/125 compression..The other parts are on sale on ebayThe engine fits many other yamhas phazers 91-93 ventures.You will just need to do some research to make sure it fits your yamaha..Email us with any questions....
