This is a complete lower unit from my personal motor it is a 1999 and should be the same for all 95-99 force 120. I put a new water pump in it last used season. It is in very good shape and was used in fresh water for most of its life. I put a new carrier bearing on it as well a few seasons ago. It shows a prop on it in the picture but it will come without a prop. The bottom of the skeg i believe is missing a small piece, check out the photos and buy with confidence....
