Shipping price only for lower 48. Very clean 1997 40 HP that had mounting bolts start working loose but wasn't long enough to damage the adapter plate. Upon taking pictures I noticed that one of the reed petals had a few pieces missing but didn't cause any damage. The seal that is in the adapter plate came out which was why I was unable to reinstall the lower unit, I would personally remove it but left it there in case someone wants to reglue it in place.
