This listing is for a good freshwater used Alpha One Gen 1 Outdrive pulled from a 1992 Mercruiser 3.0 140 hp inboard motor that had other issues. As you can see in the pictures the skeg is in really good shape and not broke off like a lot of the used ones you will see. The lower unit shifts in and out of gears fine.
