Dodge steering has always been a bit questionable and even off the lot, they've had a little bit of play in the steering wheel. Many times, this isn't due to worn tie rods or bad ball joints but rather, sloppy joints in the intermediate shaft. One joint in particular isn't serviceable BUT can be tightened up with a bushing.
