You are bidding on a New Currie Weld-On Universal Shock Mounting Brackets (Currie Part # CE-7020). Universal weld on shock mounts have a curve cut in them to allow them to be welded to the axle tube of various rearends, and rotated around the tube to the desired angle. Units are a double sheer design, and use a 1/2" bolt to attach the shock to them. When installed, the bolt bolting the shock on runs parallel to the axle. Sold as a pair.
