Brand new, in unopened bag from our local Mercedes dealership rear section of soft top for Smart Cars. We ordered this part off of a VIN for a 2015 year, however I believe it fits 2007-2015 years. The dealership could not confirm what years that it fits so if you send your VIN I can call and double check that it will fit your car.
