This is a Ford Truck Bronze Distributor Bushing. This is what you need to use when trying to use a 391 Truck Block as a 390, 428 or 427 engine. Trucks use a large Hex on the end of the Distributor(5/16") while cars usea smaller 1/4" Hex, This bushing allows you to use the Car Distributor in the 391 Truck Block.
