This is a old school stroker crankshaft. Was welded up and reground. Started off as a original forged 440 crank shaft. It uses the stock rod end journal size. So you may need to grind the block for clearance. Mains and rods are .030 under. It's had lots of welding for balancing. Original owners said It has a small twist. But should run ok.
