These CV axles have a bit of interesting history - they were removed from brand new Chevy Bolt vehicles which were purchased by Cruise Automation to be used as self-driving taxis. Cruise used a different CV axle along with a number of other modifications to convert the Chevy vehicles into a robotic taxis.
