Passenger side cylinder head pulled from 2008 Toyota Sequoia with 82k miles. Engine dropped a valve on the passenger side so was replaced. Engine was not overheated. Missing the valve that broke and the keeper off of a 2nd valve. There is a scar on the head from where the broken valve wedged in. Flatness is good. Should fit many other applications but do your research before ordering. Free Shipping....
