Unit is in questionable condition......see pics . Tape/arrow shows multiple areas of concern : Bent cooling fins 1 Cam-box mounting hole has been bored and re-tapped to a larger / non-original size . This may or may not affect usability , but I would think that a reasonably mechanical-minded person could figure out how to make this work on the cheap ....
