The bike ran 5 years ago head is good when i tore it down i see the lower skirt was busted so thats why is would not kick over All these parts are from a 40 plus yr old bike, dont expect new. Used condition parts are working unless stated differently, they may have scuffs or chips in the paint....please view pictures carefully. I will not understate a part just to get it sold, if you are not happy please let me know, but if you dont ask questions and then want to return the part then you did not...
