Needs a sleeve!! Cylinder is scratched. In good condition overall (other than than the cylinder bore). Exhaust valve works perfectly. Mating surfaces are good, no burs or damage anywhere. In great shape. Garage kept, low hours, well maintained. Came off a 2000 Kawasaki KX80. Will fit other models, check to make sure it fits yours before buying. If your in the USA, I will always try to ship two day air if possible. I do not ship to war zones....
