OEM used Aprilia RSV4 Cylinder Head assembly in good working condition with approximately 6k miles of use. This cylinder head assembly was removed off the rear cylinder bank of a 2021 RSV4 and will come set up with the rear camshafts associated with the rear bank. You may use this part to also install on the front cylinder bank however the camshafts will need to swapped for front cylinder camshafts as the camshafts are different for the front & rear banks.
