We have brand new cylinder head castings for your Ford Powerstroke 6.0 Engine. These are the 18mm dowel pin heads. All heads come with new valves, springs, retainers, valve locks, valve seals, and of course the head castings are new as well. Before the heads ship we pressure test the heads, magnaflux heads, pull vacum on intake and exhaust valves, and install fuel injectors to insure proper fitment.
