Here for purchase is a cylinder head that was removed from a BMW F800GS that suffered the common bottom end failure. This cylinder head includes valves, springs, rockers, cams, water pump, cam cover, intake boots, and sensors etc. It should be eventually disassembled for inspection before use and installation.
