Used cylinder head assy 12010-ME5-020 from a good running bike with approx 25k miles. Includes the rockers 14431-ME5-000 and Adjusters, Hydraulic Lash 14451-me5-003 in great condition with mounting hardware. The intake manifolds are hard and should be replaced. No fin damage just normal wear. Valve cover gasket needs to be cleaned off....
