No valves springs, etc, but no broken fins either . It does have some modifications to the valve spring area , damage to 1 of the chambers , and might be a few bolt holes that need thread repair on the top side ( i havent checked them all yet , but just in case ). Might be more things that i didnt catch . So it is being sold for parts/repair and AS IS . We are liquidating cylinders and cylinder heads in all different conditions .
