Yamaha YZ 400F WR 400F Head Cylinder Valves Springs 5BE-11102-00-00 98-99 REPAIR. This cylinder head will need to be sent out for repair. Main damage is around exhaust valve spring area. Please see photos. Some damage on the intake bearing side. Can include the magnesium cover. Original cams can come with it. Will not accept returns based on not reading description.
