You are looking at an extremely rare 1967 Impala SS 427 instrument panel(option U14).This is the tachometer with the 5500 RPM redline. This only came in the 1967's optioned with the 427 L36 385HP engine. It would have been factory installed as the U14 option in all Impalas, Biscaynes and Belairs with above mentioned engine.
