This is the panel that is below the steering wheel on the lower part of the dashboard on 1985 -1991 Chevy Vans and GMC Vanduras. This one came from a 1991 Chevy G20 Van. This does NOT have the styrofoam backer like the newer vans do starting in 1992. NO Cracks, no breaks. All mounting points good. The color is DARK RED - MAROON/BURGUNDY, a dark red like red wine.
