This is the panel that is below the steering wheel on the lower part of the dashboard on 1985 -1991 Chevy Vans and GMC Vanduras. This one came from a 1987 GMC Vandura Van. This does NOT have the styrofoam backer like the newer vans do starting in 1992. NO Cracks but there is ONE EXTRA HOLE drilled between the two normal ones above the right knee. Doesn't affect anything. The color is MAROON/BURGUNDY, a dark red like red wine. No damage, minor surface wear, nothing notable. All in great condition...
