New old stock GM part# 332190 superceded by 346745 'dash panel' we find in GM parts books for: Chevrolet: 1975 HR except CAC. HR is the 2dr hatchback coupe. CAC is factory air conditioning - so this dash pad is for cars WITHOUT factory A/C. Chevrolet parts books say: 'primed, paint to match'. So the finish you see is just a primer coat - how GM shipped it to the dealership. Original GM box is very rough but the pad looks pretty good - but do not expect perfection.
