These are 5-1/2" x 2-1/2" vinyl decal stickers for 1960-63 BSA A10 Royal Tourist Golden Flash (US models) and they are sold each. I always thought this was placed on top of the gas petrol tank as is shown on the last photo. Turns out I was wrong. As you can see in the attached BSA sales brochures and the post card, this decal was placed on the front number plate "pedestrian slicer" and I assume one on each side. These aren't die cut, so you should trim the excess clear background and part number...
