Simply lift the decal from the paper using the clear transfer tape on top, stick the decal onto where you want it and rub the clear transfer tape until the decal sticks to the object, then remove the clear transfer tape slowly from decal. It may take some extra rubbing, depending on the material you're sticking it on, but it will eventually stick. Item will be sent in a standard envelope....
