NOS in sealed thick cardboard box with tin top/bottom Delco Remy D-309R 800061 distributor cap. Never been opened and the box is almost perfect in every way. No water damage or rust like most have. I don't know what the cap inside looks like since I have never opened this box but it sounds ok to me, no loose parts rolling around inside it. Made in USA.
