Here's a nice pair of kick panel fresh air vents recently removed from a 1964 Grand Prix.Both open and close but could use some lube on the cables,the knobs are nice.One flapper has some heavier then surface rust but not rotted thru and usable as is.Look at the enlarged pics to see exactly what you're buyig.You get what's pictured....
