You are looking at a pair of black kick panels from a 71 Monte Carlo withOUT air conditioning, pt# 8735394 & 8735395. These are correct for 1970 to 72 GM A body Chevelle Elcamino Monte Carlo Cutlass 442 Skylark GS Tempest Lemans GTO & Grand Prix without A/C. The color is still very nice. The one vent cable has broken housing where it latches into the panel. Vents move ok. No chalking. scuffs or cracks. Car only had 43k original miles on it.
