The set comes complete with all necessary hardware for an easy installation. Constructed with a combination of vinyl, plastic, and fabric materials. Removed from a 1988 Toyota Supra. The panels do have holes where tweeters were mounted as a stereo upgrade, so they have not seen the best of care.
