New old stock GM part# 1720582 'Firethorn' red LH (driver side) armrest assembly for at least 1976-77 Chevy Chevette (TB models). Could be other years and models, but that is all we see in GM parts books. Sellers of used ones claim up to 1980 but you know your car better than we do. This is the hard side to find!
